Our mission: to enhance your retail efficiency. After deceiving mystery shopping reports, under pressure to deliver outstanding experience to new Gen-Ys and Zs, you need a tool to assist your Ambassadors in department stores. Meet Nestor.
Many brands and department stores face challenges with their staff turnover and exstinguishing training efforts, especially in wholesale. Most of their ambassadors have to rely on non-digital content or poor interfaces for learning the ABCs of scent advisory. Many sales associates have to memorize hundreds of products and associated characteristics. We aligned our objective with most brands' in the perfume business: to acquire and switch customers to the brand. To meet this conversion goal, we designed and developed the core engine of a very simple mobile tool that could suggest a perfume within the brand's portfolio based on the profile of the customer and their existing perfume.
